1:1 Training Programme
A dedicated two-day, consultant-led TOE simulator intensive designed to accelerate your image acquisition, structured interpretation, and clinical decision-making through continuous hands-on practice and personalised expert feedback.
This is not a lecture-based course. It is a private clinical performance system for clinicians who want focused, supervised, high-intensity TOE development.

Only Two Private Intensives Available Each Month
Each Private Intensive is delivered for one participant only. To preserve the quality of supervision, uninterrupted simulator access, and personalised consultant-level coaching, only two 1:1 intensives are released each month.

Why Many Clinicians Struggle to Build Real TOE Confidence
Most clinicians do not struggle with TOE because they lack potential. They struggle because their exposure is fragmented, inconsistent, and rarely structured around deliberate skill development.
Occasional Case Exposure
A few cases in theatre, ITU, or the echo lab may build familiarity, but rarely enough repetition to develop confident probe handling and systematic acquisition.

Consultant Cardiologist specialising in advanced echocardiography and cardiac MRI, with over 20 years of experience in echocardiography and advanced cardiac imaging.
Clinical Lead of a fully BSE-accredited echocardiography laboratory across all modalities. EACVI-accredited in transthoracic echocardiography, transoesophageal echocardiography, and cardiac MRI.
All training within the TOE Private Intensive is delivered directly by Dr Mansour, ensuring continuous expert supervision, real-time feedback, and highly personalised coaching throughout the programme.
