We provide online educational resources, hands-on echocardiography training programmes, simulator-based teaching, webinars, mentorship sessions, downloadable resources, eBooks, checklists, written materials, video lessons, case discussions, blogs, and related learning content.
EchoMasters provides educational content only. We are not a healthcare provider, and we do not provide individual medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or direct patient-care services through our website, courses, workshops, webinars, or learning platform.
By accessing, purchasing, registering for, or using any EchoMasters content, product, programme, or service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to all EchoMasters educational content and services, including but not limited to:
- Online courses

- Simulator-based workshops
- Mentorship sessions
- Webinars and live teaching sessions
- Downloadable resources
- eBooks and checklists
- Written learning materials
- Video lessons

These Terms apply across all echocardiography modalities and educational levels offered by EchoMasters.
3. Eligibility
EchoMasters content and services are intended for registered healthcare professionals, clinicians, sonographers, cardiac physiologists, trainees, students in relevant healthcare fields, and allied healthcare professionals with a legitimate educational interest in echocardiography or cardiac imaging.
By using EchoMasters, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will use the platform and materials responsibly and within your own professional scope of practice.
EchoMasters reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or withdraw access where we reasonably believe a user has provided false information, misused the platform, breached these Terms, or acted in a way that may compromise the safety, integrity, or reputation of EchoMasters or its learners.
4. Educational Nature of EchoMasters Content
EchoMasters content is designed to support structured learning, knowledge acquisition, clinical reasoning, image interpretation, technical skill development, and professional development in echocardiography.
Where EchoMasters content is described as aligned with national or international frameworks or accreditation pathways, including but not limited to BSE, FUSIC Heart, FEEL, FICE, EACVI, ASE, ESC, ACC, AHA, Resuscitation Council UK, or similar bodies, this refers to educational alignment only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, EchoMasters courses are not themselves formal accreditation programmes. Completion of an EchoMasters course, workshop, webinar, or learning pathway does not in itself confer clinical accreditation, licensure, independent competence, or certification by any external professional body.
Formal accreditation must be obtained directly through the relevant governing body according to its own published requirements, including any logbook, supervised practice, practical assessment, mentorship, examination, or governance requirements.
5. Modalities Covered
EchoMasters may provide educational content across the full spectrum of echocardiographic practice, including but not limited to:
- Transthoracic echocardiography (TTE)
- Transoesophageal echocardiography (TOE)
- Focused echocardiography in acute care, emergency medicine, critical care, perioperative care, and on-call settings
- BSE Level 1 and broader echocardiography learning frameworks
- FUSIC Heart, FEEL, FICE, and other focused or point-of-care echo pathways
- Advanced haemodynamic assessment
- Valvular heart disease echocardiography
- Structural heart disease echocardiography
- Stress echocardiography
- Prosthetic valve and intervention-related imaging
- Any further modalities, techniques, or programmes EchoMasters may develop
The same educational disclaimer and user responsibilities apply across all modalities and learning formats.
6. Clinical Responsibility
Echocardiography is operator-dependent and must always be interpreted in the context of the individual patient, clinical setting, available information, operator competence, local governance, and current professional guidance.
All clinical decisions, including patient selection, image acquisition, interpretation, measurement, reporting, escalation, treatment, onward referral, and management, remain the responsibility of the treating clinician and the managing clinical team.
EchoMasters content must not be used as a substitute for:
- Clinical judgement
- Formal supervised training
- Local governance procedures
- Professional accreditation
- Appropriate senior review
- Patient-specific assessment
- Current national or international clinical guidance
Where a procedure carries specific risk, including but not limited to TOE, contrast echocardiography, stress echocardiography, sedation, or peri-procedural imaging, clinicians must ensure appropriate consent, monitoring, contraindication assessment, resuscitation provision, governance, supervision, and local protocols are followed.
EchoMasters is not responsible for any clinical decision, action, omission, diagnosis, treatment, procedure, or patient outcome arising from the use, interpretation, or application of EchoMasters educational content.
7. Limits of Scope and Duty to Escalate
Every echocardiographic examination has defined limits.
Focused, emergency, acute-care, and Level 1 echocardiography are deliberately bounded and are not substitutes for comprehensive echocardiography, TOE, advanced haemodynamic assessment, stress echocardiography, cross-sectional imaging, specialist cardiology input, or other definitive investigation where clinically required.
Recognition of the limits of a scan, the limits of the operator’s training, and the limits of the clinical context is an essential part of safe practice.
Users remain responsible for appropriate escalation, referral, supervision, and further investigation where findings are uncertain, significant, unexpected, technically limited, or outside their competence or scope of practice.
8. Clinical Cases and Educational Scenarios
Clinical scenarios, case discussions, examples, vignettes, model answers, and teaching cases within EchoMasters content are provided for educational purposes.
They may be constructed, anonymised, adapted, or simplified to support learning. They should not be interpreted as patient-specific advice, diagnosis, treatment, or management guidance.
Any resemblance to specific patients, individuals, institutions, or events is coincidental unless explicitly stated and appropriately anonymised or consented.
9. Patient Data and Information Governance
EchoMasters operates a strict no-patient-identifiable-data policy for educational content.
EchoMasters does not provide a clinical reporting, image storage, case review, or patient-management service. Users must not upload, email, submit, share, or transmit patient-identifiable information to EchoMasters through website forms, email, social media, learning platforms, messaging platforms, or any other channel unless EchoMasters has specifically requested it through an appropriate secure process.
Any clinical images, clips, cases, scenarios, or teaching materials used within EchoMasters educational content are anonymised or created for educational purposes before use. They must not contain information that could reasonably identify a patient, whether directly or indirectly.
Users are responsible for ensuring that any material they submit or discuss with EchoMasters is appropriately anonymised and that they have the right, permission, and authority to share it.
EchoMasters handles educational materials in line with professional confidentiality expectations, UK data protection principles, and relevant information governance standards.
10. Hands-On, Simulator-Based, and Procedural Training
Where EchoMasters delivers hands-on workshops, simulator sessions, or procedural training, all activity is provided in a controlled educational environment.
Training may involve volunteer scanning subjects, simulator equipment, phantom models, recorded clips, case-based discussions, or structured practical stations.
Participation in hands-on training does not constitute clinical practice, does not generate a clinical report, and must not be used to guide clinical decisions about any individual.
Volunteer scanning subjects participate for educational demonstration and practice only. Where incidental findings are suspected during a hands-on session, they will be handled in accordance with EchoMasters’ internal incidental findings process and appropriate professional judgement.
Hands-on course attendance does not guarantee competence, accreditation, logbook sign-off, employment outcome, or independent clinical practice capability. Skill development requires continued supervised practice, appropriate governance, and formal accreditation where applicable.
11. Courses, Purchases, and Access
When you purchase or register for an EchoMasters course, programme, webinar, or resource, you are responsible for ensuring that the product is suitable for your learning needs before purchase.
Course descriptions, access periods, included resources, expiry dates, programme dates, and any bonus materials will be stated on the relevant product or checkout page where applicable.
Online course access is granted for the access period specified at purchase. Access may vary by product and may be time-limited.
Hands-on course places are limited and may include online pre-course preparation, in-person training days, simulator practice, volunteer scanning, course materials, post-course resources, or other elements as described on the relevant product page.
EchoMasters reserves the right to update, improve, replace, withdraw, or restructure course materials where appropriate, provided this does not materially reduce the core educational value of a purchased product during the stated access period.
12. Payments
Payments may be processed through Kajabi Payments, Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, or other supported payment providers.
All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary depending on launch offers, early-bird windows, cohorts, packages, discounts, or promotional periods.
Payment is normally required in full at the time of purchase unless an alternative payment arrangement, instalment option, or third-party payment method is clearly offered at checkout.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are accurate and that any payment plan or third-party finance arrangement is maintained according to the applicable provider’s terms.
EchoMasters is not responsible for approval decisions, fees, payment schedules, or terms applied by third-party payment providers such as PayPal, Klarna, Stripe, or card issuers.
13. Refunds, Cancellations, and Transfers
Refund terms may vary depending on the product, course type, access status, and timing of cancellation.
Online Courses and Digital Content
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant course, product, offer, or checkout page, EchoMasters offers a 14-day refund guarantee for online courses and digital educational products.
To request a refund, you must contact EchoMasters within 14 days of purchase.
A refund will only be considered where no more than 20% of the purchased online course or digital learning material has been accessed, viewed, or completed.
If more than 20% of the course or digital content has been accessed, viewed, or completed, EchoMasters will not normally provide a refund, even if the request is made within 14 days of purchase.
Where a specific course page, offer page, or checkout page states a different refund policy, that product-specific policy will apply.
Where immediate access to digital content is provided after purchase, you acknowledge that access may begin immediately. Any refund request will be assessed in accordance with the stated refund policy for that product and applicable consumer law.
Hands-On Courses
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant hands-on course registration page, the following policy applies.
Hands-on course places are highly limited and involve significant advance planning, venue arrangements, equipment allocation, simulator access, faculty time, volunteer coordination, administration, and restricted delegate numbers.
For this reason, EchoMasters cannot guarantee a refund for hands-on course bookings if a delegate later becomes unable to attend.
If you are unable to attend a hands-on course after booking, you must contact EchoMasters as early as possible. EchoMasters may consider one of the following options:
- You may nominate a suitable replacement delegate, subject to EchoMasters approval.
- EchoMasters may offer the released seat to its priority list or waiting list.
A refund will only be guaranteed if the seat is successfully filled by another approved delegate and payment for that replacement place has been received.
If the seat is not filled, EchoMasters may be unable to provide a refund because of the limited-seat nature of the programme and the costs already committed in preparing the course.
Transfers to a future cohort may be considered at EchoMasters’ discretion where operationally feasible, but they are not guaranteed.
Non-attendance on the course day is not normally refundable.
If EchoMasters cancels a course, registered delegates will normally be offered a transfer to another date or a refund of the course fee paid.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
14. Scholarships, Discounts, Offers, and Promotions
From time to time, EchoMasters may offer scholarships, discounts, early-bird pricing, limited-time offers, bonus access, application-based opportunities, or promotional campaigns.
Eligibility criteria, application deadlines, access periods, selection processes, and offer terms will be stated on the relevant campaign, product, or application page.
Scholarships and promotional offers are discretionary and may be withdrawn, amended, or closed according to the stated campaign rules.
Scholarship places, discounts, and promotional offers have no cash alternative and are not transferable unless EchoMasters agrees in writing.
Where scholarship recipients, applicants, or promotional participants are invited to share stories, photographs, testimonials, or professional details publicly, this will only be done with appropriate permission or consent.
15. Account Access and Security
Where course access requires a user account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and confidential.
Your account is for your personal educational use only. You must not share login details, permit unauthorised access, resell access, distribute course materials, or allow another person to use your account.
EchoMasters may suspend or remove access where we reasonably believe an account has been shared, misused, accessed fraudulently, or used in breach of these Terms.

Unauthorised use may result in immediate removal of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

You agree not to:
- Misuse EchoMasters content or services

EchoMasters does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times but will take reasonable steps to restore access where issues arise.
21. Changes to Courses or Services
EchoMasters may update, improve, restructure, replace, or withdraw content, course materials, resources, or services where appropriate.
We may also need to adjust hands-on course logistics, faculty, timings, venue details, schedules, or programme structure for operational, safety, faculty availability, venue, equipment, or unforeseen reasons.
Where a material change affects a registered participant, EchoMasters will take reasonable steps to communicate the change clearly and provide an appropriate solution where necessary.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EchoMasters, CardioVision Group Ltd, its directors, faculty, instructors, contributors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliated parties shall not be liable for any loss, damage, clinical decision, clinical outcome, professional consequence, financial loss, reputational loss, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from the use, interpretation, or application of EchoMasters educational content or services.
EchoMasters content is provided for educational purposes only. Users remain fully responsible for their own clinical practice, professional judgement, supervision, accreditation, and compliance with local governance and professional requirements.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
23. Force Majeure
EchoMasters shall not be liable for delay, disruption, cancellation, failure, or inability to deliver services caused by events outside our reasonable control.
This may include, but is not limited to, illness, faculty unavailability, venue closure, equipment failure, industrial action, transport disruption, severe weather, public health events, cyber incidents, platform provider failure, internet disruption, legal restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where such events affect a course or service, EchoMasters will take reasonable steps to communicate with affected participants and provide an appropriate alternative where feasible.
24. Changes to These Terms
EchoMasters may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, regulatory, educational, or platform changes.
The current version will be made available on the EchoMasters website. The version in force at the time of your access, purchase, registration, or use will normally apply to that interaction.
Continued use of EchoMasters content or services after updated Terms are published may indicate acceptance of the revised Terms.
25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms, EchoMasters content, or EchoMasters services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
