Welcome to EchoMasters, a trading name under CardioVision Group Ltd. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.echomasters.co.uk), online courses, hands-on training, and any other services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who We Are
EchoMasters is a UK-based educational provider specialising in echocardiography training for healthcare professionals. We offer a mix of online learning, downloadable resources, and in-person hands-on courses. All content is for educational and professional development purposes only.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and a registered healthcare professional or student in a related field to use our Services.
3. Purchases & Payments
We accept payments via: - Kajabi Payments (Stripe) - PayPal - Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later) (subject to approval by Klarna)
All course prices include VAT (where applicable). Currency and pricing may vary based on location. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is offered.
Discounted or early bird offers are time-limited and non-refundable. For hands-on courses, your seat is only secured after full payment or the first confirmed payment (if applicable).
4. Access & Licensing
Upon purchase: - Online course access is granted for a defined period (e.g., 12–24 months) - Hands-on course includes temporary access to pre- and post-course materials - You may not share your login or resell our content
EchoMasters retains full intellectual property rights over all content, videos, documents, and downloadable materials.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds are subject to the specific policy for each course or product:
- Online Courses:
We offer a 30-day conditional satisfaction guarantee on eligible launch bundles. To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of purchase, outlining your reason. Refunds will not be granted for accounts showing significant course progress or downloads. - Hands-On Courses:
Due to the limited number of seats and logistical arrangements, refunds are not guaranteed.
If your circumstances change after registration, please contact us as early as possible. Depending on the timing and whether we can fill your place from the waiting list, we may be able to offer:- a transfer to a future date, or
- a partial refund, subject to our discretion.
A processing fee may apply. Seats are transferable to another eligible candidate upon written request.
We reserve the right to cancel a course due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued automatically.
6. Medical Disclaimer
Our content is for education only and does not substitute for clinical judgement. You remain solely responsible for your medical decisions and practice. EchoMasters does not provide clinical advice, diagnosis, or patient-specific recommendations.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to: - Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our content - Share login credentials - Use our site or content for unlawful or harmful purposes
Breach of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
8. Privacy
Your personal data is protected under the UK GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for how we collect, store, and use your information.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use implies acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in UK courts.
